Services

Air New Zealand flies up to three times a week to Vancouver via Auckland with connecting flights throughout Canada with their Star Alliance partner, Air Canada.

Cabins

Air New Zealand offers passengers three levels of service, Pacific Economy, Premium Economy and Business Premier. The airline’s current Pacific Economy cabins are specially designed to make long-haul international travel a more enjoyable experience. The friendly, professional crew will make sure you're comfortable throughout your journey. You'll appreciate the generous personal space and ergonomically designed seats.

Premium economy gives you designated check in before enjoying your flight in your dedicated cabin. The plush seats in Premium Economy have the largest seat pitch in its class and with 50% more recline than standard economy you will be able to stretch out and enjoy your flight. Be entertained with your personalised screen and amenities pack or help yourself from the onboard self serve refreshment bar.

Business Premier has its own check in for passengers and use of the lounge where available. Onboard passengers can relax in a luxurious wide armchair and separate ottoman that’s doubles as a visitor’s seat. The seat then coverts to a bed with everything you need for a good nights rest. Passengers can also charge up their laptop using the in seat power and relax with on demand entertainment.

Food

The style of food and beverage is modern and innovative, with an emphasis on New Zealand flavours. Air New Zealand also offers a wide selection of complimentary beverages including quality New Zealand wines to accompany your meal. For those with special dietary needs, a full range of 22 special meal options is also available. These need to be ordered at least 24 hours prior to flying and the list can be viewed online or by asking your travel agent.

Enjoy a unique dining experience onboard in Business Premier and Premium Economy class with meals designed by their team of consultant chefs. New Zealand wines and cocktails are available during the flight along with self service refreshment areas offering drinks and snacks.
